We had a lot of work in the last 2 months of the summer. We closed fundraisers for 2 helmets, a platoon med kit, a night vision device and a thermal vision device. Another NVD with fasteners was bought thanks to our Czech comrades, and a portable vehicle NVD was purchased thanks to our Catalunyan comrades. Meanwhile, the 2 Mavics for which we raised funds earlier have been delivered to an air reconnaissance specialist.
In terms of important equipment, in these two months we also delivered 3 pairs of active headphones and 1 pair of active earplugs, 2 fasteners for NVDs, 3 plate carriers and 4 plates for them, 6 magazines, 4 tactical belts, 8 booby trap hooks, 5 pouches, a gun handle etc. To protect our fighters from fragments we sent them 3 anti-fragment aprons, 5 ballistic packages, a sitting mat and a groin cover with armored packages.
Thanks to support from friendly initiatives, we were able to send a lot of tactical medical equipment, particularly 98 tourniquets which are in very high demand right now,14 IFAKs, 70 bandages, 42 occlusive stickers, 27 hemostatic bandages, 20 nasopharyngeal tubes, 10 stretchers, 5 SAM IO needles, 15 medical pouches, as well as scissors, markers, and thermal blankets.
We also continue to financially support fighters who have no official salaries. In these 2 months, we have paid 16 such subsidies.
We also continue to help civilians. In July, our team went to deliver help to Nikopol, which has been left without water supply since the destruction of the Kakhovka HEPP. In early August, together with our Catalunyan colleagues, we visited as many as 4 regions with humanitarian aid for members of local trade unions. And at the end of the month we visited Lyman for the third time and delivered a lot of household appliances. We also delivered 20 laptops to local education points.
