The humanitarian group of Solidarity Collectives is launching a fundraising campaign together with 380connection to raise 50,000 UAH for ‘Sporidneni dushi’ (Kindred souls) animal shelter

A wide variety of animals end up at ‘Kindred souls’: some have been rescued from frontline areas, others picked up from the streets, and some simply dumped at the shelter. While many need medical treatment and a safe place to stay, they all need food, care, and the chance to find a home. We want to support their daily care which helps the animals recover, live in safety and wait for their forever homes.

Food and treatments are items that run out quickly but must always be in stock, especially when there are so many animals. So, with the funds raised, we plan to purchase:
• dog food
• flea and tick treatments
• deworming treatments

For a donation of 200 UAH or more, illustrator Marysia @marisya_prus will draw a quick colour sketch of your pet or one of the shelter’s residents. To receive the sketch, send her a screenshot of your donation via private message.

At the end of the month, we plan to visit the shelter and deliver everything in person.
