This is how most Ukrainians begin their story about February 24, 2022. Precisely one year ago our lives changed radically. Since then, activists who fought for a free and just society joined the resistance against the invader. Many joined the army. Risking their lives, they are defending our country from terror and dictatorship brought by Russian troops. As for us, we became volunteers in order to support our fighters and help those affected by war.

From this day on begins the count of our successes and failures. Victories and losses. Today we’d like to tell you what has been done over the past year. Tell you about those who we helped and, of course, thank those who helped us.
